Dales Apprenticeship
Dales Apprenticeship
At Dales Engineering Services Ltd we pride ourselves on our apprenticeship scheme. We follow the Modern Apprenticeship scheme approved by Skills Development Scotland and delivered by North East Scotland College (NESCOL). Over the course of the 4-year apprenticeship, trainees gain the skills, knowledge and qualifications they need to start a career in engineering and fabrication.
Since introducing our apprenticeships in 1990, over 100 candidates have successfully completed the scheme, and many have stayed with the company and progressed their career into management positions.
